Pricing

An invoice will be sent before an appointment. There is a base price for vet euthanasia as well as a fee for the type of aftercare selected. We strongly suggest making the payment before your appointment in order for us to spend more time focusing on your pet the day of. If payment is made the same day of your appointment, it can be made with cash or any major credit card.

At Home Euthanasia Cost- $450

Aftercare

Communal Cremation Cost

Your pet is cremated and his/her ashes will be spread in Final Gift’s Angel View Pet Cemetery.

0-30lbs and cats- $150

30-60lbs- $175

60+ lbs- $200

Private Cremation Cost

Your pet is cremated individually and his/her ashes will be returned to you typically 1-2 weeks after the appointment in one of six complementary urns of your choosing. 

0-30lbs and cats - $325

30-60lbs- $350

60+ lbs- $375

A memorial paw print can be made during the appointment for $30

If you pet passes naturally at home we can still provide cremation services. The pricing is the same as listed above depending on your choosing with an additional $120 travel fee.

There is an $90 additional fee for Giant breed dogs. (100lb+)

We do not allow online booking because we like to speak with you directly before confirming any appointment due to the significance of the situation. This can be done by phone, email, or text. We typically respond within a few hours. Contact us >

Initial

Examination and the First Service

During the initial appointment we will review your pet’s medical history, perform a full physical/orthopedic/neurologic evaluation, and administer the first treatment based on the findings. At this time, we will set goals for treatment, recommend lifestyle changes, and establish a schedule for ongoing treatment. Initial examinations take approximately 1.5-2 hours for the examination, and to allow for any questions to be addressed.

 

$275 – Acupuncture: learn more

$300 – Physical rehabilitation: learn more

$375 – Acupuncture and physical rehabilitation treatments

$100 – Travel to client’s location (a flat fee added to the services)

 

Follow-up

Subsequent treatments are typically an hour in length.

Insurance

Pet insurance frequently covers acupuncture, physical rehabilitation, and supplements. Call your pet insurer to confirm coverage details, or to add on specific coverage for these therapies as needed.

With insurance, you will pay in full on the day of the appointment. Your insurance company will reimburse you following the appointment if the services are covered by your plan.

Travel Fees

For each acupuncture or physical therapy appointment there is a travel fee – $100

 

Terms

An invoice will be emailed to you the day before an appointment. We accept cash and use Square payment processing to accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
